Oak City Development is led by Jeff Havener, a Raleigh-based development and planning professional with more than two decades of experience shaping the built environment. His background spans construction, land development, urban planning, and civic advisory roles, giving him a multidisciplinary perspective on how thoughtful design can elevate the places people rely on every day.
Jeff founded Oak City Development to bring a people-focused, walkability-oriented lens to small-scale commercial and infill projects. His leadership reflects a commitment to quality, context, and long-term stewardship of the places entrusted to his care.
